Mental health screenings
PHQ-9, GAD-7, and PCL-5 screenings administered onsite or via secure link. Clinical review and warm handoff to care for employees who screen positive. No clinical data shared with you.
Clinical referral pathway
HR or occupational health staff can refer employees directly to our clinical team for an evaluation. No administrative burden. We handle intake, scheduling, and insurance verification.
TMS and Spravato access
Employees with treatment-resistant depression can access TMS therapy and Spravato through your program. Workers compensation cases are a recognized pathway at Cognifica Health.
EAP integration
Cognifica Health can function as a clinical referral destination within your existing EAP framework. We integrate with case managers and coordinate care handoffs without adding administrative overhead.
